9 months ago I got on the scale and it read 201 lbs. I checked online and realized that I was considered obese and panicked. I thought "Time will pass anyway, why not be a healthier weight by next year?" and luckily I found FS and you guys. Like they say in AA, "It works if you work it". Yeah, it's been a struggle, I've had to focus, re-focus, reboot and be patient with myself every single day. Even today has been a struggle.
On a side note, last week my profile said I was gaining half a lb a week and today it says I am losing over 4 lbs a week. There's a glitch somewhere. Truth is that I'm losing 3-4 lbs a month, which I'm thrilled with : ) The turtle won the race didn't he? Oh yea, the healthy, in shape turtle : )
