Diario de Losin25, 07 nov. 11

Oh, my! Yesterday was just...well...horrible, with regards to my eating. The day was otherwise very great! Had a fun time hanging with my husband and going to the movies.

Got way too hungry by dinner time and ate everything that came near me. Thankfully, I went to sleep early so that I could stop eating. I hate when that happens. Didn't record eating a single thing yesterday. I'm just afraid that last night's overeating may have undone a week's worth of undereating. It really doesn't take much, does it?

I'm back on track today and will do better in these next three days and hopefully undo whatever damage I did on Sunday.

Understandable... I think i did the same.!! I ate a lot of junk food which I never eat. Blah.... but its okay try not to dwell on it That is my hardest part. Beating myself up for it. Eat very good for the next week and work extra hard at the gym too ;o) We can do it!!! ;o)
