Tomorrow will be an interesting weigh in - I'm going to stick to my plan rigidly today. I did amazing yesterday. I did my hour cardio and my weights and stuck solidly to my diet - but know it still didn't quite fit in the lines. I had 3 67s opposed to the normal 8 or nine drinks ;) some friends came into town and I actually drank in moderation. Today I went extra hard at the gym - another hour cardio and did abs instead of rest day. 6oz steak tonight (its Friday) and the rest will be all vegetables.
