It took me a bit, but I figured out what caused the plateau. Beer. I have been going to concerts all summer long (explination here http://goo.gl/nckxEG )and at every concert I have had a beer or two but I have not been entering them in my diet entry. Duh. Well, I only have one more concert to go (ZZ Top and Gregg Allman on the 17th) so my partaking of beer will cease.
Anyway, I did have a 1.2lb loss this week in spite of the beer (Went to Gwen Stefani, Journey, Doobie Brothers and Dave Mason in the past 5 days) -- and I will take that. ROCK ON!
