Wow!! I messed up my macros yesterday. I need to plan my food better. Only problem is that I keep saying that but don't seem to do it. That is why I do not lose, I know it. I have got to do better! More planning is the key.

What works best for me is to plan my meals for the up-coming week at one time. Then I can change things as I want, or as life dictates! But I have a starting point and can easily see the effect of any changes I make. Good luck, and keep at it!!

Once it becomes habitual, you will be clear about what's on the menu and what just isn't.

Thanks for the comments Pandamom and Erikahollister. It isn't that I do not know what to eat but I do not plan what to buy at the store. And then I do not have what I need to cook for my high fat/low carb meals. So back to the planning and I need to embrace the concept of planning.
