Diario de loosinisfun, 12 nov. 11

goooooooooood mornin...ended up with 6147 in steps yesterday..not as many as i would of liked, but least i did get some in...most of that was from my morning walk that i hadnt done in several days...knee isnt puffy ...so im guessin that stayin off it for several days did it good...just did a short 2.5 mile walk yesterday morning to see how it would do...have to be outta town today...not looking forward to that..i hate when im outta my comfort zone an have to depend on myself to make wise food choices that sometimes i just cant pick the right things...guess the lettuce that i use to eat at most meals is doing its job...lol...plan on gettin in a morning walk once i get to the destination today...wind has died down for the time being...an temps are in the 60s today...talked to neighbor yesterday...the plan is to mulch leaves wednesday morning...hopefully by then most if not all will be down..did have a hard frost yesterday morning...well..need to get up an make the bed..an fix breakfast an start getting ready to head down the road...or up the road..or....over the road...be a long day with to many snacks nearby....have a greattttttttt one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. USING THE FS MENU CHART IS A GREAT WAY OF TRACKING WHAT I EAT OR AM GONNA EAT !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. AS MY GOALS GET CLOSER..CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN I EXERCISE, I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
10. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!

Yeah, glad to hear the knee is better. Great job on the steps and not over doing it. I understand about being out of your comfort zone or control. I think we all face that at some level when it comes to food. Safe travels and make the right decisions for you! Have a fabulous day!
