well summer vacation with the family is over. Sad and happy about that but, happy because I can stop making excuses why my weight is going up. No more cheating with the kids blaming them for my weakness.
So today is back to induction. I have set my goals and will be sticking to them till i reach my target waist size.
Yes, i said waist size. I think this will be better for me as it is a better indication of body fat. I remember growing up with the saying being if you can pinch and inch you are over weight. Well i can pinch a few. And good for me that is were i carry all my fat, around the waist just below the skin.
working on seeing six pack or a really good 4 pack by December.
