It's time to buckle down and start losing again. I've had some challenges with parties and entertaining that could have derailed me in the past. "Maintaining" my weight over the past two weeks is really an accomplishment for me. I have learned that I am only one mouthful away from "3 honey dipped doughnuts, please".
I am feeling disappointment with some of the choices I made, but also know how many temptations I successfully avoided. I see now that I have to be mindful of the promise I made to myself in January. My only responsibility would be to lose weight. Getting healthy along the way was to be a by-product of my WOE.
As the end of summer was approaching I was feeling more and more relaxed and comfortable with the successes I had. I reached ONEderland and had reached my 3rd 10 % mini goals. I don't think I mentally committed to my next 10% of -19 lbs.
Here I am now, committed and ready to go. I'm 2 weeks behind on my FS Challenge to lose 15 by November. I've got some catching up to. I am so grateful to this FatSecret community. Sarah
