GOALS FOR 2010
This year I will be working on exercise and strength training to tone and regain muscle that I lost in 2009. I am committed to at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 days a week and 2 days of strength/weight training.
I am committed to drinking more water. At least 5-6 cups of water a day.
I will lessen consumption of sugary foods and eat lean meats for protein.
I will juice more vegetables and fruits each day.
I will go to bed earlier and strive for 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
I will see a Dr for my hormone problems and get blood work done.
