Diario de LaraStar, 24 nov. 11

I am doing an experiment to find out how long I can go without weighing myself. Ideally I don't want to weigh until my next official weigh in on Tuesday. We'll see if I manage, I can become quite anxious about not knowing my weight. It's not even that I change things on a daily basis depending on my weight, so it doesn't make any sense to weigh every day.

I find it too hard not to weigh in every day you will do fine, just dont look at the scales every time you pass them.

So far so good. It's not as hard as I thought it might be. Because I've stuck to my calories, I am not worried that I have put on lots. My weight usually fluctuates by up to 2 lb a day. By weighing only once a week, I don't see these fluctuations which is a good thing. Let's see what Tuesday brings!
