I haven't recorded my 'things I've done right' in a little while. I was having fun :) Wed-Fri last week, I did really well, and Saturday was really productive, so the BBQ I was invited to was a deserved reward. I didn't even over do it on the food, may have had one too many ciders though and used food to aid my recovery in Sunday. This is an old pattern though, one I have worked around before, and I was quicker getting back to my targets this week than I was back then. So...

I've made it to two of my classes so far, despite sustaining a injury in the first
I have started to mentally prepare myself for Mexico! We fly on Mobday and are away for 11 nights, which means there is plenty of time to try everything, I don't have to overeat to taste it all :)
