It tells you what 5 Foods to get rid of., Measure your waist. for women it should NEVER be over 37" men Never over 40". Your waist should be half of what your height is. Sorry its late in getting this out but I just watched the recording of todays show. good luck and don't forget to do 30 mins of walking.
