I find that I am a very wierd eater but not alone probably. I don't have to eat all the time, I can hold out on eating for most of the day. The problem though is that when i do eat, I eat an amazingly huge amount of food. This is bad and I know it but I cant seem to help it. I want one of my goals to be to eat at regular intervals and snack on little things throughout the day so that I won't have a build up of hunger. Mostly I don't want to hide my food anymore. I want to eat and not feel like I have to hide it from people because it is a prtion that is too big. Portion control is another of my goals.
