gooooooooood monday morning...
where do the days go...rain is moving in once again...lest its rain an not that white stuff..but really the white stuff would be a great workout...had planned on doing a morning walk this morning..guess it will be a ride on the ole stationary bike instead....dont even care if i get any exercise or not...back to eating bread again...its like i do my food menu in the mornings before any meals are consumed...and i do that so i can see my numbers before i start doing the hand to mouth routine...the food is made ahead...all i have to do is get it outta fridge an eat it...instead i get bread out an have baloney....not sure whats going on...but the weight is coming down...weigh in day is tomow...all i can do is keep trying to stick with what i know works....

This time of year is hard ... Between weather and holidays geez! Do the best you can! OMG, baloney on white bread is a sandwich I love ... But couldn't just eat one. ;-) it is so easy to make a sandwich ... That's why I don't keep much bread in the house anymore ... Too tempting for me. ;-) good to hear your weight is coming back down! You have worked so hard and have been on a great path of success! Keep up the great work Loosin!

finally got my butt in gear this morning..an went for my morning walk...felt great to get it in for a change..now im ready to get this day going....
