Hi friends, I have made it home from LA. It was a fun trip and we learned a lot!
I feel pretty swollen today, which usually happens after flying. I am sure that next couple of days I will be visiting the restroom frequently to get rid of extra salt. We enjoyed eating out, and I ate some food that I wouldn't cook here at home, like cajun shrimp sliders, yummy! But we didn't over eat and I walked well over 10,000 steps every day, one day hitting over 15,000!
But I am glad to be home in the quiet and ready to get back into the workout routine!
