3.1 miles walked; DH took dogs so I went via the lake route by myself, but with tunes!!! Sunny cool day, but warming fairly quickly.

Staying on plan up to the pizza late tonight after DH is through with everything at church. He's in just about everything musical for all traditional services tonight. After I go to the first service, I'll be home to get the oven all warmed up, ready to pop that pizza in there just prior to him getting home. We already have it (it's the Papa Murphy's take-and-bake Delite Pizza) and it looks wonderful sitting right there in the 'frig.

No food recording today and possibly not tomorrow either.

Those Papa Murphy people sure know how to make a fab pizza, I remember the de-lights, they were really tasty! I wonder how many carbs those are?

Too many! But overall, they're a better nutritional deal than any other kind of take-out pizza. And yes, it was as good as I had anticipated! Next pizza will be either when I hit goal or when the Packers play in the Super Bowl again, whichever comes first!
