Leksie I am sure your weight will drop by tomorrow. You are doing well, keep up the good work... I started weighing every day just to check how my weight varies, i must say it scares the crap out of me. My unofficial weight this morning is more than my official weigh in last week. I am hoping my fast day today helps bring it down for my official weigh in tomorrow.

Lol... Yeah, I know the feeling. I also weigh every day... Monday's are the worst, because then I'm sommer 2.5 kg heavier than the Friday before, but with fasting that weight drops within the following 2 days...

Have you considered measuring yourself instead of weighing? Ive chucked the scale cause of the anxiety of watching those stupid numbers go up while my measurements went down.

LOL, yeah, i do measure as well, but the scale numbers don't give me anxiety, it inspires me to do better!

Monday's are real bad ey - this Monday I was sommer 4 kg over. Any recommendations on how to keep on track on weekends? Like a plan which makes it difficult to go off track/ or it should be a lot of effort before doing so?
