Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I have this nagging feeling that I haven't lost any weight. I have been between 183 and 185 for over a month. I really need to start losing again.
I have been mostly good this week with the exception of pizza for lunch today, wine yesterday, and chocolate-covered raisins on Monday. One slip-up everyday. But, the wine and the raisins weren't so bad--I had reasonable servings. The pizza, though, was probably bad. I should have had just one slice; I had two.
My walk yesterday around campus was lovely (but a bit cold). My boots might not be the best walking shoes, but they are far better than my running shoes this time of year since they don't let snow and ice in. Today I didn't get as much walking in because I worked in the afternoon and evening. This always happens because I feel like I'm not allowed to walk in the morning/early afternoon on days when I am working in the afternoon/evening because I need to get too much work done before work. Aarg.
This is when being a grad student sort of sucks.
Anyhow, I still got in around 30 minutes what with my walking to classes and such. I hope tomorrow gets me some good results. See you soon.
