Didn't overeat but did have some of what I wanted. I easily can go back to plan if I am unable to follow for a day or two (Christmas eve gathering and Christmas day). I think weight change is from not enough fluid plus off some of my meds in anticipation of having an UGGGGGGHHHH Colonoscopy on Friday!
