Maribrook...don't forget that the scale doesn't tell you the whole story! More important to note is how you feel...and how do your clothes fit? The scale doesn't take into account daily fluctuations in water retention and doesn't give you an accurate picture of fat loss vs. muscle gain. So don't stress about the scale - just keep on eating well and getting some exercise and think long-term...six months from now how will you look and feel? And I would say that you should allow yourself a "free meal - no questions asked" at least once a week. This will help you keep up with your new healthy eating plan for the long term.
