so the good news is that i haven't gained any weight in the past almost year. the bad news is, also, i haven't lost any weight in the past almost year.

i've joined a gym though and have been using fitbit to track my intake. at my highest i was almost 290 and now in the past two weeks i'm already down to this. not bad. i'm not sure if i should take a rest day today since i close at work(9pm, and i prefer working out at night) and work out tomorrow on my day off work, or vice versa. idk i can see the pros and cons for both. i'll bring my workout stuff to work tonight and decide there since it's all in the same strip center.

anyways, idk. i'm more active on my health tumblr, which is at hiya--papaya. i'd say if you wanna talk go follow me there!
