Diario de lostwaistline, 03 ene. 12

So far so good! Tough being back at work though. I have a high stress job and used to nibble throughout the day. In fact, that is what got me into trouble in the first place...not paying attention to what and how much I was eating.
But, I managed - bringing my own extra food was a life saver!
