I'm good with the sugar thing- it's right down. I'm gradually enjoying the fact I am not eating as much fat, though it still needs to reduce.
I need to make sure we don't have potato chips in the house- I know they have no sugar and kind of fit my diet- but that doesn't mean I need to eat them!
Feeling really wiped out today though I've got alot of work done.
