I have been on my lchf journey since August of 2016. My starting weight was 314 lbs. I began the 20 carbs or less keto diet on September 11, 2016. I currently weigh 244 lbs. I am a 62 year old Grandma of 6, and mother of 3, married to my guy for 45 years. I have yoyo dieted all my life. I had knee replacement in November but have continued losing even through this. I have diabetes type 2 and many other physical ailments which have improved so much since embarking on this WOE. My goal is to reach 175 lbs. This year I want to see the end of my 200's!!I am doing moderate exercising of 45 minutes on a stationery bike everyday for at least 10 miles.
