Hey! jillybean, I know that weighing every day may not be the right way to do it but, I agree that if you know where you are on a daily bases then you can change things. One of the bad things if you whey in the morning and you've lost a few lbs you may tend more to splurge even more that evening. Then you will eat those carbs late at night.
