Ever since December 26, I have been spending up to 40 minutes per day lifting some sort of weights. Nothing too heavy, but challenging weight after 8-10 reps. It's not a full out exercise routine, but it breaks a small sweat every morning. I've also noticed that even though I am eating less and my dimensions are changing the weight loss has stalled again. I think I am (very slowly) losing fat and gaining muscle and that explains the stall. I think next week, I will bump up the weights, lower the reps, and eat less calories to see what happens.
