I have my portions right but still have an craving for too many carbs,, one of my problems is I don't want to take the time to prepare my food so I end up grabbing bad choices for convenience like crackers and cheese instead of salad or fruit or actually roasting some veggies I know when preparing make enough for several days so you have on hand ,, another thing to work on in the process of developing good health and nutrition and long term weight loss
