I have started this lifestyle eating on Dec 28, 2009, Wt was 189. 3 days ago I weighed 177. Today it was 178. A bit discouraging but I ate baked fingerling potatoes yesterday. OK, recumbent bike 20 min, 30 mins. Grapefruit before or after?
