Diario de tamaraknutson, 02 feb. 17

After a few crazy days I am getting back on track with my "New Me" lifestyle change. After cheating for 2 days and having birthday and Wedding cake, I didn't like how I felt physically. I think after only putting real food in my body and detoxing from processed food, I was feeling sick and low on energy. So I will be sticking to this healthy change.

My first challenge starts in a few days and I am looking forward to it.

I had a couple crazy-over indulgence days too, and couldn't believe how awful I felt! Good motivation to stay on track! You can do it!

It is really good motivation to eat clean. It is unbelievable how big a difference it makes. I'm definitely going to stick to it.
