Found this picture which will do as a before picture. I want to be able to see how i go with the challenges and also just sticking to a KETO diet. Thanks for your good words and encouragement everyone. Since moving from Australia to the US 3 years ago, I've put on about 80 pound, different diet and activity level I guess. I am currently 225 pounds so I've got about 90 pounds to lose I think. So I thought I'd share and thank everyone for your encouraging and supportive network here. Cant wait to post a picture in a couple of months that shows I've lost some weight.
