While I was doing WW a long time ago, I discovered that weighing in daily was a constant source of frustration because I followed what I was supposed to do with no measurable results. During that journey, I made the decision to only weigh in weekly. I find that weekly weigh-ins keep me focussed as I don't want to ruin six days worth of work for one day of indulgence. However you decide to record, stay the course and be patient...it pays off in the end.
