Why is it that when I am busy on the road my common sense for eating goes out the sunroof??? I really need to get back on track. Eating fast food cause I am too lazy to drive my butt home and grab a healthy shake is not acceptable. I know each day is a fresh start to get back on track. So I am again tomorrow attempting to get my track lined up and going the right direction. Heading to bed now so I can start fresh with my new goal in mind. NO fast food!! No waiting till 11pm at night to eat a crapy Mcdonalds drive thru grease ball. Get my poo together and stay on track. I should load my car with shakes and healthy snacks for days like today when every time I try to eat I have to run again for my job. I'll load me a lunch box and keep a few things in it for days like today. Goal for the day made.
