Grass fed whole milk yogurt, 5 blackberries (fresh), 1/4 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds, 1 package Gelatin unflavored, 1 teaspoon salmon oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg... Breakfast today🙃

salmon oil - wow never heard of that. how does it taste?

The salmon oil is pretty much tasteless. A great addition to gain balanced Omegas. "Better Body Foods" 1/2 teaspoon=300mg Omega 3 I put it in Our Yogurt Meal and on Cold raw veggies and salads. Just hoping for the Boost in the Healthy Omega🙃
