Gluten Free Popovers... For My-Man! I can't have any (sad face), there are 4 lg whole eggs in this recipe.. i (My digestive system) do not tolerate Egg Whites. Nonetheless, I thought id give a go at making popovers from scratch for an addition to My Hubbies lunches to take to work. Yep, i make breakfast, snacks and lunch (packed) M-F for my man. Otherwise he'll go without or eat junk! 🌞

Thank you! They defiantly came out well, im pleased. So in the morning im going to scramble up two eggs, cheese and a bit of ground beef and Stuff one!
