Got in some morning pooltime/cryotherapy. Water temp was about 63 degrees so still good to set off some fat burning. The best news was my sis was able to join me in the swim since she's on vacation. Also, I still managed to lose .2 lbs yesterday despite having a stress eating moment where I consumed a (vegan) candy bar at the grocery store followed by a vegan White Russian my husband wanted me to try out when I got home from the store. Still a win on the scale. Oddly weird but I'll take it. No punishment for the crime=a good day. Have a nice Thor's Day everyone.
