I am my own worst enemy ...

And no your eyes are not deceiving you, my chart is going in the wrong direction! With that said I have been completely back on track since Monday. I do not want my actions to affect my weigh in again! My plan for the week ... exercise, eating within my points and water! Back to the basics baby! ;)

Those sound like great goals, Erin! I'm so impressed how you use your gain as a springboard to dive right back in to dieting - What doesn't kill us can definitely make us stronger if we let it. I can already see that you are going to make it to goal, because of you're reaction to this week's gain. You are AWESOME!!

Don't be so hard on yourself...you are doing great...that is the key we all know...its hard sometimes to follow it...you can do i know you can...you go girl...good luck
