oh man, i went to a party with appetizers yesterday. i did an estimation of what i ate and jeez, it was like 1700 calories! yikes, i didn't even feel i ate a lot.... i probably didn't even enter it accurately. what an eye opener... then since i knew the day was blown, i ate nachos for dinner. not the best choice. oh well, i can just get right back on track today, which i did with a healthy breakfast. it just showed me how important being mindful of portions is, and shows me how easily the scale can creep up these days.... here's to getting back on track today!
