I'm totally with you on the sweet craving. Don't know if you can buy really small treat size sweets? Chocolate is my weakness. I have a tub of the little treat sized packets in my frige and allow myself one a day 75-100 cals...usually when I'm on FS in the evenings...lol. Quite often we have cakes and biscuits at work, which I manage to avoid as I have my chocolate to look forward to, so it helps in more ways than one....I don't know how I manage to restrict myself to just the one, as the old me would have cleaned out the tub in a day. If you think you can resist eating them all, try it, it has really helped me. XX
