Diario de OperaBeauty, 31 ene. 10

ARGH! Still up two pounds! Even though I shoveled loads of snow for over two hours yesterday and another half hour today. Am in loads of muscle pain and still no loss. *SIGH* I hope I am retaining a little water because I abused those muscles. Any ideas anyone?

Could you stil be retaining water from your lunch out? I know it's been a few days but maybe the combination of all that sodium in retaurant food AND the overworking your muslces is messing with your numbers? Don't get discouraged! It'll all even out after a few days! :)

Well I drank LOADS of water after eating out, so I don't think it's that. More the muscles needing water. It just frustrates me to no end. lol

You have lost much, maybe your body is rebelling a little, give it a little time and you will see the numbers on the scale going down again. Shoveling snow.... lucky you, haha. Atleast you got a killer workout from that!!

Yea I still hurt!! Had to take ibuprofen yesterday. Well I recorded my weight as 2lbs up instead of saying steady.
