Aydapatriarca, hi! The first thing you need to do is RECORD everything you are eating today! Get a handle on it so you have some idea of your eating patterns. If you want to make this work, it needs to be a lifestyle change, not a DIET, where you eat different foods then normal and starve until you're close to where you want to be and give up! Get a handle on your activities and diet in a day. Today's is fine. It's a normal day! LOL Figure out based on your weight, age and activity level what your Recommended Daily Intake of calories should be. This article should help: http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/calories-chart Depending on your health issues and age there may be other factors in what you eat, have you spoken to your doctor or a dietitian? Going to them with this information and a plan and consulting them to get their input is a great start. Water of at least 64oz a day. Protein needs of 50-70 grams a day and from there it varies based on your metabolism. But you need to make sure you are getting your vitamins and minerals and the good fats!

That sub really looks delicious. I have no idea what Bahn Mi is, but it looks good, if that's what the photo is of. I'll Google it. The bread looks delicious!
