I started this journey on the 3rd and have maintained my diet and not cheated. I do get tempted but I've also lost about 12lbs with 17 left. I'm averaging around 1400 calories a day and feel a little depleted in the afternoon around 3. I have eaten around 900 calories after lunch. My carbs and protien are in line for wieght loss and muscle retention.
After 22 days of this I'm getting a little tired. lol
