Today I had a late start to the day. I didn't eat the 6 meals a day that were suggested by Kara. I know that the fat content was a little high today because of the ham and the avocados (which I love so much!) I will be at school tomorrow until 7:30 so my eating might be a little messed up again. But I have packed a large wrap that I will eat in two sittings so as to spread out my meals. I also have carrots packed! I am working on the veggies but its hard when I am not home very much.
