woke up feeling full...the kind of feeling you get when you ate a ton the day before. I don't think I ate too much yesterday. But I wasn't able to work out as much as I have been the last couple of weeks due to a few pains I have here and there...hopefully those clear up quick with some rest and I can get back at it.
