Diario de skewed scale, 27 abr. 17

I had a cheat snack tonight and ate an ice cream bar. I felt bad but then told myself to stop feeling bad and do something positive to fix it. I hopped on the elliptical and burned off almost double the calories of the 1 bar so I don't feel bad anymore. I know my eating has to be right as that is very important but if I dont have a firm handle on the food part yet, at least I can combat it with the exercise.
