Used Tuesday as my "indulgence day." And yesterday went back on track with my lower calories. Had a fantastic day at the beach with my husband and kids yesterday. I'm excited to see how my body responds to this new plan and staying consistent with it...instead of overeating whenever I feel discouraged about that scale.
