Ugh, I feel embarassed and disgusted. I've been pretty much binging non-stop for the last 2 weeks and I don't even know why. I feel gross as I'm doing it and know that it's wrong. We've had a lot of snow lately so I've been trapped inside the house all by myself a lot, but that's really only a small part of the reason. I'm too ashamed to recorded it, but when I step on the scale this morning I had gained 10 pounds... in 2 weeks. I didn't even think that was possible. So today I'm getting back on track! I'm hoping that since I gained all this weight so quickly that it's not "real" and I'll be able to lose it more quickly.
