Diario de mendacity22, 09 feb. 10

After just one day of normal eating (not binging) I lost almost four pounds. I think that is a good sign and hopefully the rest of the damage will be be undone as quickly, but I have a feeling I will stall out before getting back to where I was (129lbs).
