This weekend has been a good one! Stayed at the Park A Lot. Spending time on trails and spending quality time with my family. Found a trail that goes up a very, very steep hill. You have to hold on to small trees in some places to get up it. Decided, what the heck, I got this. Half way up, Wasn't so sure If "I Got this" was true, lol. But I made it, winded and Breathing like I was going to Die any Minute, But Iade it, none the less. Lol! Ii have named that Hill Mt.KillYou. And I Plan on trying to climb it at least 3 Days a week. No Pain No Gain, Right?!?!?!

Good for you! We all have to try new things that are more difficult! I hope you do make it up 3 x's a week.

Way to go! I have a mountain climbing story of my own that I will share sometime. It's a great reward once you conquer it... then it makes you want to come back and defeat it time and time again!

I like new Challenges. When I get bored, I seem to not have the "Want To" anymore. I can't give up this time! It is truly a life or death decision. I just can't keep being this Unhealthy and this Overweight. My lightbulb has finally switched on, and I'm smacking any fingers that try to switch it off! ☺️
