gooooood mornin everyone...winter has set back in ...25 with a wind chill of 12 or so...warmer then last night from what they was saying it was gonna be...thought alot about whats changed in my life to make me quit exercising...alot is just the fact its so cold outside and i dont want to be cold...so i stay inside...i did get out yesterday an shovel off what snow we had again an went to the store an made wise choices, and then after lunch i got on the floor an did crunches for half an hour..today the scales are down .2 compared to what they was the day before...so thats encouragement...todays plan is to do the 10 min workout dvd, then 30 min on the floor..wind is still blowing...walmart might be today not for sure yet...my friend brian went back to work, so i dont spend as much time out at his house helpin him like i did..hes just to tired to do any extra work for anyone else, but hes already said once it gets warmer out, he will be lookin for a job he likes better...just a fill in job for him this time of year...heck im ready to split wood for the workout...lol...im sure the first few days would be hard since im so outta shape...but im ready once it gets warmer out...well..guess i need to get up an get the water going again...i did drink more water yesterday to wash out my mistakes, didnt really have that many...i did have processed turkey for supper, but tried my best to drink enough water to break it down...so..thanks everyone for the pep talk...alot of its just the winter blues and not being able to get outside an enjoy it...but since im inside, just means doing exercise inside an workin off the calories...less sit down time at the computer, more up an movin it...have a great day everyone...

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...
10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!
11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
12. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, YOU HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...
