Diario de debbra, 10 feb. 10

I'm stagnating. And it's not okay. I've tried every which way to lose this weight, but I end up right back where I am. In fact, yesterday I PIGGED OUT!!! I had been dreaming about cookies for a few days, and I just let go and bought two boxes. But on my way to the market, it occurred to me that I was just THIRSTY!!! (But of course, I bought the cookies anyway.) So I've decided I'm going to go back to the plan of drinking a lot of water. If I can remember to just stick to points, or low calories, and consume enough water, I probably won't get those sugar urges.

I have not been coming on here like I used to, hoping that trying something different might help. But I do like to write my thoughts, and I have such wonderful buddies, whom I've been neglecting. It just feels so silly for me to try to comment on someone else's journal when I can't handle my own diet.

Okay. So my new focus is hydration. That's an easy one! I can do it. I don't have to kill myself with exercise or starvation, as long as I'm smart about my caloric intake and as long as I STAY HYDRATED!!! And so that I don't forget the endgame -- I want to ward off potential diabetes, trim my heart and my other organs of this extra fatty flesh, not worry about heart disease or cancer. I want to FEEL and LOOK PRETTY!!!!! I miss it. I would love for my mom, my husband, and my kids to not have to worry about me and for them to enjoy how I look. I want to be able to buy some new clothes!! I'd like to go into my closet and wear clothes that have been sitting there, hardly touched, because I can't fit into them!!!

DEBBIE, DON'T GIVE INTO THE MUNCHIES!!!! YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY!!!! YOU'VE EATEN!!! GO DRINK SOME WATER AND DO SOMETHING OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!!!! YOU'LL BE HAPPIER IN THE MORNING!!!!!

And don't let outside pressures lure you into eating. When you find yourself wandering to the fridge and you know you're not hungry, go out of the kitchen!! You can come on here, read your journals or others' journals for inspiration. You can paint! You can organize the house!! Get out of the kitchen!!!!!
